The Jura Z10 Brew Group is the mechanism that compacts the coffee after the Grinder grinds the coffee beans. It is secured to the inside housing of the coffee machine by 3 Torx screws. If the Brew Group sounds like it is sluggish, or grinding, then the Brew Group may need to be replaced or refurbished.
